A: This is for the ladies who find going that building a routine and structure is hard. Having the accountability of showing up for an appointment will help you build a routine, you wouldn't cancel a doctors appointment.
In addition to this, if you find that you struggle with form and have a particular weakness/ injury you need to work on, 1-1 in person guidance is exactly what you need.
A: Online coaching is for everyone! All you need is your phone and a gym membership/ at home equipment, as well as your attitude to stay accountable and show up everyday for yourself!
A: no problem! I tailor your exercise programme to you. If you have a health condition, we can work together with your GP/ Physio to ensure that we are going down the best route for you.
