So much! My food intake has changed so much for the better! My water intake has also improved massively too! I’ve not felt in this type of mindset for a very long time...
I’ve not had the best week as it’s been my sons birthday but my new mindset makes me not feel totally awful about it - I know I can get back in the swing of better eating and everything will be ok!

Luce has helped me realise where my mindset was completely wrong. I’m healthier … eating what I like and starting to see the difference, not just on the scale but cm’s! Also my mood is so much better!
Now I realise I don’t have to finish my plate and I don’t have to eat the leftovers. I eat what is right for me at that time and I stop when I’m full. This has been huge for me.

I’ve gone from having chronic shoulder and back pain to having much better posture and a very manageable condition.
